Exercise is one of the cornerstones of a healthy body. Whether designing programs to increase fitness or decrease pain it is an integral part of my practice. Working with people to fit it into their lives, to help them explore what there bodies are capable of and finding simple ways to incorporate it into their lives is extremely rewarding.

Fitness is a foundational piece for optimum health. My experience as an Olympic athlete, U.S Ski Team coach, and Doctor of Chiropractic gives me a unique perspective on how best to optimize exercise for any individual.
